Terms and Conditions

Last updated: July 25, 2026

Important: Tahmir AI creates drafts and assists with website conversion. You are responsible for reviewing every converted page, keeping backups, confirming that you have rights to the source material, and testing the site before publishing.

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms and Conditions (Terms) apply when you access or use the Tahmir AI website, WordPress plugin, conversion service, previews, downloads, updates, support, or related features (together, the Service). By using the Service or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a company or client, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

Tahmir AI, Tahmir, we, us, or our means the Tahmir provider identified on your order confirmation, invoice, or payment record. Questions may be sent to contact@tahmir.com.

2. What the Service does

Tahmir AI is intended to help convert visible website pages from supported sources—such as public URLs, static HTML, ZIP exports, and AI-generated frontends—into WordPress drafts that can be reviewed and edited. Features may include page discovery, section mapping, asset processing, visual editing, draft generation, SEO and launch-review assistance, and client handoff controls.

The Service focuses on public-facing website pages. Unless Tahmir agrees otherwise in writing, it does not convert or reproduce complete applications, private dashboards, authentication systems, databases, payment logic, custom APIs, or other backend functionality.

3. Accounts and authorized use

  • You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current.
  • You are responsible for your login credentials, account activity, WordPress administrator access, and anyone you authorize to use the Service.
  • You must promptly notify us at contact@tahmir.com if you believe your account or license has been compromised.
  • You may use the Service only for websites you own, control, or are authorized to convert and manage.

4. Plans, website allowances, and payment

Plan prices, website allowances, renewal periods, taxes, payment methods, and any promotional conditions are presented on the applicable pricing or checkout page and confirmed at purchase. A website generally means one separate website conversion project. Reasonable technical and fair-use limits may apply to project size, files, pages, processing, storage, and repeated attempts.

Yearly plan allowances apply during the active yearly term and reset only as stated in the order. Any automatic-renewal terms will be shown before purchase. If the order does not state that a plan renews automatically, contact us before purchase for confirmation.

Fees are non-refundable except where the order terms, an applicable written refund policy, or mandatory law requires otherwise. Taxes, payment-provider charges, hosting, domains, third-party plugins, and custom services are not included unless expressly stated.

5. Lifetime offers

If Tahmir sells a lifetime license, lifetime means the supported commercial lifetime of the Tahmir AI product or offer, not the lifetime of the purchaser, company, employee, or any individual. A lifetime license ends if the applicable product or Service is permanently discontinued, subject to any rights that mandatory law requires.

A lifetime offer includes only the website allowance, features, and future updates expressly described in the order. It does not automatically include separate products, third-party fees, hosting, custom development, premium integrations, or services introduced and sold separately.

6. License to use the plugin and Service

Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, Tahmir grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to install and use the Tahmir AI plugin and access the Service for the number of websites and users allowed by your plan.

You may not resell account access, share a license outside the permitted organization or client work, bypass website or usage limits, interfere with license checks, misuse credentials, reverse engineer proprietary service components except where law expressly permits, or use the Service to create a competing conversion service.

Open-source or third-party components included with the plugin remain governed by their own licenses. Nothing in these Terms restricts rights granted directly by an applicable open-source license.

7. Your source websites and content

You retain ownership of content and source materials you own. You give Tahmir a limited permission to host, copy, process, transform, and transmit submitted files, URLs, text, images, code, and other materials only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and support the Service.

You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload, copy, convert, store, and use the source website and its content. This includes permissions for client materials, fonts, photographs, stock assets, themes, scripts, plugins, trademarks, personal data, and third-party code.

8. WordPress, themes, plugins, and compatibility

WordPress, themes, plugins, hosting providers, browsers, PHP versions, and third-party services change independently of Tahmir. We do not guarantee compatibility with every WordPress configuration or future third-party update. You are responsible for using a supported environment, staging changes where appropriate, maintaining backups, and testing compatibility before production use.

WordPress and related third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Tahmir is not endorsed by or affiliated with the WordPress Foundation or Automattic unless expressly stated.

9. Drafts, conversion quality, and review

Automated conversion may not reproduce every source exactly. Complex animation, canvas or WebGL content, custom JavaScript, unusual CSS, dynamic forms, embeds, restricted assets, application state, tracking, and integrations may require manual work.

Converted output is a draft until you approve and publish it. Before publishing, you must review design fidelity, content accuracy, responsive behavior, accessibility, links, forms, email delivery, menus, images, permissions, analytics, cookies, legal notices, SEO fields, performance, security, backups, and third-party integrations.

10. SEO, performance, and business results

Tahmir may provide tools or suggestions for headings, metadata, internal links, images, performance, or launch readiness. These are assistance features, not professional legal, accessibility, security, marketing, or SEO advice. We do not guarantee search rankings, indexing, traffic, conversions, revenue, page-speed scores, legal compliance, or any specific business result.

11. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to violate law or third-party rights; distribute malware; attack, scan, or disrupt systems; send spam; process content you are not authorized to use; evade limits; access another user’s data; generate deceptive or unlawful websites; or create material that facilitates fraud, abuse, exploitation, or infringement.

12. Third-party and AI services

The Service may depend on hosting, storage, payment, email, analytics, AI-processing, WordPress, and other providers. Their terms, privacy practices, availability, and technical limits may apply. Tahmir is not responsible for third-party products or services outside our control. You are responsible for separately licensing and configuring third-party themes, plugins, fonts, media, forms, analytics, and integrations used on the final site.

13. Updates, support, and changes

We may add, change, limit, or discontinue features to improve safety, quality, compatibility, or sustainability. Updates may require a supported WordPress, PHP, browser, or hosting environment. Support scope and response times depend on the purchased plan; no response-time guarantee applies unless stated in a separate written agreement.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if payment is overdue, use creates security or legal risk, these Terms are materially breached, or continued service could harm Tahmir, users, or third parties. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue—such as payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—survive termination.

15. Intellectual property

Tahmir and its licensors own the Service, proprietary software, branding, documentation, and product design, excluding your content and third-party components. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used to improve the Service without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

16. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is and as available. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, and compatibility. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tahmir will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or opportunities; website downtime; failed launches; search-ranking changes; or costs of substitute services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tahmir’s total liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Tahmir for the affected Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where law prohibits it.

18. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Tahmir against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your source content, lack of required permissions, unlawful use, published website, client work, breach of these Terms, or violation of another person’s rights.

19. Governing terms and disputes

The governing law and dispute forum identified on your invoice, order confirmation, or separate written agreement apply. If none is identified, contact contact@tahmir.com before purchase for the applicable contracting entity and jurisdiction. Before filing a formal claim, both sides agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the issue by email, except where urgent injunctive relief is needed.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Service, law, or business requirements change. The updated date will appear at the top. Material changes will apply prospectively, and additional notice will be provided where required by law.

21. Contact

For account, billing, license, legal, support, or Terms questions, email contact@tahmir.com.
