**Important**Tahmir AI helps create website-conversion drafts. You must review every converted page, retain backups, verify your rights to all source material, and test the website before it is published.
## 1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply whenever you access or use the Tahmir AI website, WordPress plugin, conversion service, previews, downloads, updates, support, or related functionality (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service or buying a plan, you accept these Terms and the [Privacy Policy](https://www.tahmir.com/privacy-policy-tahmir-ai/). When acting for a company or client, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
“Tahmir AI,” “Tahmir,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Tahmir provider shown on the relevant order confirmation, invoice, or payment record. Questions can be sent to [contact@tahmir.com](mailto:contact@tahmir.com).
## 2. What the Service does
Tahmir AI is designed to turn visible pages from supported sources—including public URLs, static HTML, ZIP exports, and AI-generated front ends—into WordPress drafts that can be reviewed and edited. Depending on the plan and feature, the Service may provide page discovery, section mapping, asset processing, visual editing, draft generation, SEO and launch-review assistance, and handoff controls.
The Service is intended for public-facing website pages. Unless Tahmir agrees otherwise in writing, it does not reproduce complete applications, private dashboards, authentication, databases, payment logic, custom APIs, or other back-end functionality.
## 3. Accounts and authorized use
- Keep account and billing information accurate and current.
- You are responsible for credentials, activity under your account, WordPress administrator access, and authorized users.
- Notify [contact@tahmir.com](mailto:contact@tahmir.com) promptly if an account or license may be compromised.
- Only submit and manage websites you own, control, or have permission to convert.
## 4. Plans, website allowances, and payment
The applicable checkout or pricing page—and the purchase confirmation—sets the plan price, website allowance, renewal term, taxes, payment method, and promotional conditions. One website generally means one distinct conversion project. Reasonable technical and fair-use limits may apply to pages, files, project size, storage, processing, and repeated attempts.
Annual allowances apply only during the active yearly term and reset as stated in the order. Any automatic renewal will be disclosed before purchase. If an order is unclear about renewal, contact Tahmir before completing the purchase.
Fees are not refundable except where the order, a written refund policy, or mandatory law says otherwise. Hosting, domains, taxes, processor charges, third-party plugins, and custom work are excluded unless explicitly included.
## 5. Lifetime offers
If Tahmir offers a lifetime license, “lifetime” means the supported commercial life of that Tahmir product or offer—not the lifetime of a purchaser, employee, company, or any other person. It ends if that product or Service is permanently discontinued, subject to non-waivable legal rights.
A lifetime offer contains only the allowance, features, and updates described in its order. It does not automatically cover separately sold products, hosting, third-party fees, custom development, premium integrations, or later services.
## 6. License to use the plugin and Service
While your payment is current and you comply with these Terms, Tahmir gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to install the plugin and use the Service for the websites and users permitted by your plan.
You may not resell access, share a license beyond the permitted organization or client work, avoid usage limits or license checks, misuse credentials, interfere with the Service, reverse engineer proprietary components where the law does not expressly permit it, or use the Service to create a competing conversion product.
Open-source and third-party components remain subject to their own licenses, and these Terms do not reduce rights granted by an applicable open-source license.
## 7. Your source websites and content
You keep ownership of material that belongs to you. You grant Tahmir the limited permission needed to host, copy, process, transform, and transmit submitted URLs, files, text, images, code, and related material for operating, securing, troubleshooting, and supporting the Service.
You confirm that you hold every permission required to upload, copy, convert, store, and use the source website and its content, including client material, fonts, photography, stock assets, themes, scripts, plugins, trademarks, personal information, and third-party code.
## 8. WordPress, themes, plugins, and compatibility
WordPress, browsers, hosting, PHP versions, themes, plugins, and other services develop independently from Tahmir. Compatibility with every configuration or future third-party release is not guaranteed. You are responsible for using a supported environment, staging changes when appropriate, keeping backups, and testing before production.
WordPress and other third-party marks belong to their owners. Tahmir is not endorsed by or affiliated with the WordPress Foundation or Automattic unless Tahmir expressly says so.
## 9. Drafts, conversion quality, and review
Automated conversion may not recreate every source element. Advanced animation, canvas or WebGL, unusual JavaScript or CSS, dynamic forms, embedded material, restricted assets, application state, tracking, and integrations can require manual work.
A converted result remains a draft until you approve and publish it. Before launch, review design fidelity, text, responsive behavior, accessibility, links, forms and email delivery, menus, media, permissions, analytics, cookies, legal notices, SEO data, performance, security, backups, and all third-party integrations.
## 10. SEO, performance, and business results
Tahmir may assist with headings, metadata, links, imagery, performance, or launch readiness. These features are not professional legal, accessibility, security, marketing, or SEO advice. Tahmir does not promise indexing, ranking, traffic, conversions, revenue, performance scores, legal compliance, or another specific result.
## 11. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break laws or third-party rights; distribute malicious software; scan, attack, or disrupt systems; send spam; process unauthorized material; evade service limits; access another user’s information; publish deceptive or unlawful sites; or facilitate fraud, exploitation, abuse, or infringement.
## 12. Third-party and AI services
The Service may rely on providers for AI processing, hosting, storage, payments, email, analytics, WordPress, and other operations. Their terms, privacy practices, limits, and availability may apply. Tahmir is not responsible for products beyond its control. You remain responsible for licensing and configuring all third-party themes, plugins, fonts, media, forms, analytics, and integrations used on the final site.
## 13. Updates, support, and changes
Tahmir may add, change, limit, or retire features for safety, quality, compatibility, or sustainability. Updates can require supported versions of WordPress, PHP, browsers, or hosting. Support coverage and response times follow the purchased plan unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
## 14. Suspension and termination
Tahmir may suspend or end access when payment is overdue, use creates a security or legal risk, these Terms are materially breached, or continued access could harm Tahmir, its users, or others. Where reasonably possible, Tahmir will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions intended to survive—including payment duties, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—continue after termination.
## 15. Intellectual property
Tahmir and its licensors own the Service, proprietary software, branding, documentation, and product design, excluding your content and third-party components. Tahmir may use voluntary feedback to improve the Service without restriction or compensation, but will not publicly identify you without permission.
## 16. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent the law permits, the Service is supplied “as is” and “as available.” Tahmir disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, continuous availability, error-free operation, and compatibility. This does not exclude consumer rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
## 17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tahmir is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, business, or data; downtime; failed launches; search-ranking changes; or the cost of replacement services.
Tahmir’s aggregate liability connected with the Service will not exceed the amount paid to Tahmir for the affected Service during the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law prohibits that limit.
## 18. Indemnity
Where the law permits, you will defend and indemnify Tahmir against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your source content, missing permissions, unlawful use, published website, client work, breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
## 19. Governing terms and disputes
The governing law and dispute forum shown on the invoice, order confirmation, or separate written agreement will apply. If none appears, ask [contact@tahmir.com](mailto:contact@tahmir.com) for the relevant contracting entity and jurisdiction before purchasing. Except for urgent injunctive relief, both sides agree to make a reasonable effort to settle a dispute by email before filing a formal claim.
## 20. Changes to these Terms
Tahmir may update these Terms as the Service, law, or business needs evolve. The latest revision date will appear above. Material changes apply prospectively, with additional notice where the law requires it.
## 21. Contact
For questions about accounts, billing, licenses, legal matters, support, or these Terms, email [contact@tahmir.com](mailto:contact@tahmir.com).
